Voice Response System

Some of the specific benefits to the multiemployer industry include:

Voice Response System
  • Communication of Benefit Fund information
  • Communication of Union Dues information
  • Out-of-Work List Calling
  • Get-Out-The-Vote Campaigns
  • Phone Surveys

An Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System is a phone system application that prompts callers with recorded messages and options, and processes voice and/or touch-tone phone keypad selections from these prompts. The IVR System responds to these selections by providing appropriate information or redirecting the person to a live operator. Most people are familiar with IVR Systems, as they have probably heard them numerous times when calling banks, technical support for various products and services, etc.

BrightLogix provides IVR Systems to the Multiemployer industry, but we are also very capable of providing these systems to any organization for any reason.

IVR Systems can be public or private systems. A private system is one in which the caller is required to enter a username and password, similar to an IVR System at a banking institution. A public system does not require any username or password, such as Phone Surveys.

With 24/7 access, users can get the information they require when they need to, without the hassles of contacting the Fund or Union office during normal business hours.

BrightLogix has the expertise to integrate our IVR Systems with existing database applications and websites. Any data that your organization wishes to communicate or collect over the phone can easily be incorporated into our customized solutions.
